Welcome fellow travellers. My name is Cosmos and I’m here to walk with you on the Path to Freedom.

My Story

There was a time when I lived disconnected from myself – trapped in destructive patterns I didn’t fully understand, weighed down by emotional pain, a prisoner of my past. I tried to change the way I felt, I tried to fix myself, to self medicate, everything I did created more pain and left me more fragmented.

Eventually I hit a rock bottom, i reached a turning point. I finally realised I wasn’t broken – I was carrying layers of trauma and programming that I had used to survive. That was when I discovered EFT.

What began as a personal healing practice became a spiritual path. With each tapping session I peeled back layers of shame, grief, fear and false identity to find my true self, the person who I was always meant to be.

This journey has led me here so I can walk beside you on your journey on the Path to Freedom.

I belief every person holds within them a spark of divinity. Healing is not about fixing – it’s about peeling away the layers that are obscuring that bright spark.

Life is a journey

I honour everyones unique path and aspire to meet everyone where they are at, I believe healing occurs where there is no judgment only acceptance.

The body holds the key

Emotions, memories and trauma are stored in the body. EFT allows us to gently and safely process what we have been holding on to without retraumatising.

My Approach

My work is intuitive and grounded in a deep respect for your inner wisdom. Using EFT I guide you through a process of tapping on energy points whilst tuning into your emotional landscape. Allowing you to give voice to what has been supressed, shift old beliefs and allow release and transformation.

Can I use EFT by myself or do I need a practitioner?

EFT is designed for self use and I actively encourage clients to tap between sesions. However working with an accredited EFT practioner can be especially helpful to reach the core issues.

Can EFT bring up painful memories?

Tapping stimulates the hippocampus, the part of our brain where memories are stored. When supressed emotions and memories surface this is a sign that it is time to heal. EFT is a gentle process and is not designed to retraumatise.

Is there a wrong way to tap?

EFT is a gentle process and as long as you are tapping on the points and focusing on the issue you are likely to get results. Perfection is never necessary, consistency and honesty are of far more importance.
